A Santa Maria boy, John Willard, seven, was killed when his car spun off Highway 101 north of Buellton and burst into flames after a collision with a second vehicle. His mother, Sylvia Willard, 32, and Frank Montez, 70, were listed in fair condition along with the other driver, John Linton, 48, of Garden Grove. Police investigate the fiery two car wreck and a separate early morning collision on Santa Maria Way injuring five St Joseph High School students.
