Top SAC missile crews to compete for best wing and team
The Strategic Air Command will hold the Missile Combat Competition April 20 28 at Vandenberg AFB California to crown SACs best missile wing combat crew and maintenance team. Two combat crews and a maintenance team from each of six Minuteman and three Titan wings will compete using missile procedures trainers and launch facility monitors to judge accuracy speed and professionalism.

Chapman College Center Offers Master of Arts in History
Chapman College Residence Education Center at Vandenberg AFB now accepts candidates for a Master of Arts in History. All coursework can be completed at the center with occasional seminars at San Luis Obispo. Faculty of four PhD historians teach modern Europe and American history topics and offer graduate courses. Admission requires history major with at least a B average, or passing GRE if below B.
