Move to cap Exxon spending on Goleta referendum
The Board of Supervisors may adopt a campaign disclosure limit ordinance to cap Exxon Corp. and opponents at 15 cents per registered voter for the Goleta area referendum on Exxon's proposed 36 million oil and processing plant. Transient held in school heist
