Lompoc Council candidate Collins maps economy plan
Earl Duane Collins campaigns on a cautious budget, opposing large city projects, and favors keeping water, parks, and redevelopment limited. He supports CLU policy, LEDA growth, and collective bargaining for employees while urging open outreach and a public vote on controversial industry. Collins lobbies for industrial development at the Central Avenue park and urges careful tax and service prioritization. He notes voter apathy and seeks greater community dialogue.
