Explosions injure two Berkeley reserve officers
Two reserve policemen, Paul Morgan and Allen Hamm, were injured when two blasts hit a parking lot between City Hall and the courthouse in Berkeley around midnight. A blue satchel was seen before the blasts. A third bomb threat prompted police to cordon off a block as they searched vehicles.
