Deputy Sheriff Stopped for Traffic, Involved in Brawl

Chaves County deputy Lloyd Otero halted a motorist for a traffic violation in Roswell New Mexico. A nearby unidentified woman witnessed the fight, seized the police radio, and summoned help. Police arrested Ezekiel Chavez 48 of Roswell. The woman left before thanks could be given.
