Westerly Stud Farms of Santa Ynez Valley wins a 25 year nonpayment hangar agreement at Santa Ynez County Airport. The Lear jet used by Fletcher Jones operations will be housed there, with the county to own the hangar on completion and install an 8 inch water line to the admin building. Jones must cover ongoing maintenance and landscaping costs.
