Richard Fecteau and Mary Ann Harbert, freed from Chinese prison camps after 19 years, arrived at McGuire AFB New Jersey and were flown to Valley Forge Army Hospital for medical exams. Alan Romberg, State Department official, said they are not detained and may leave at will. Harbert had been missing since 1968 when her yacht was seized.
