Group seeks ban on Christmas trees in county buildings

Kern County Supervisor John Mitchell threatens to run for president dressed as Santa if Christmas trees are outlawed in county buildings. Three Saudi princes lost about $1 million over a weekend at the MGM Grand Las Vegas Metro Club. Each entered with guards and a $10 000 credit line, placing bets of 20000 or more on roulette craps blackjack and baccarat. They tipped up to 200 to staff and even added baccarat to the club’s games.

California bankers sue to block lobbyist control law

Moretti suit declined by California Attorney General
