Campaign to enforce zoning violations in Lompoc area
County planning authorities push enforcement with a fifth case sent to District Attorney David D. Milner for prosecution. The Robb property at 2900 Rucker Rd in Lompoc Valley faces citations for commercial vehicles and maintenance gear, plus a firewood storage area in a single family district where a public stable operates. Superior Judge John Westwick extended Edward F. Fleming’s deadline to Dec. 7 to remove contracting equipment from his residential site, shifting from the prior Dec. 2. Earlier county actions directed more cases to the district attorney than to the county counsel.
