Santa Ynez suit dropped over Insignis development
The Santa Ynez Valley Citizens for the General Plan dropped its Superior Court writ challenge against Santa Barbara County over the Insignis project near Solvang. The group said the county’s fall actions creating the Environmental Quality office and ordering a full environmental study met the suit’s objectives.
