Long struggle over Hughes Mormon will looms in court
In Las Vegas Nevada UPI reports a disputed handwritten Mormon will of Howard Hughes surfaced at Mormon Church headquarters in Salt Lake City after his death. Attorneys expect a trial to test authenticity with Dietrich as executor facing Summa Corp executives and Texas challenging Hughes residency for tax purposes.
