Lompoc plans and building department data show July marked the first 1968 rise in construction value at 82536 dollars. A single commercial project topped the month by 48360 dollars, with July total surpassing last year's by 11000, while alterations to 13 residences added 31356 and small jobs for a sign and a commercial alteration brought 1820 and 1000 respectively.
