CHP Officer Samuel Sanchez Killed in Highway 166 Crash
A CHP patrol car collided with a car driven by Jesus Richard Castaneda killing officer Samuel Sanchez 25 of Santa Maria and two prisoners Anselmo Beltran Jr 16 and George S Barrera 44 both of Guadalupe.
