Oil waste permit attacked by county planners
Complications arose as Oil Field Waste Dump Co sought a conditional exception from the County Planning Commission to continue large scale dumping of waste oil drilling mud and wastewater near Cat Canyon five miles north of U S 101 in Los Alamos.
