The 17th Annual Lompoc Valley Flower Festival will feature a one of a kind crown crafted from donated silver and funded by the Silver Fund of the Lompoc Valley Chamber of Commerce Women's Division. Citizens may donate damaged silver or money by April 25 to the chamber on Cypress Avenue.
