Santa Ynez Reservation bids open for camp and building
Bids for a multi purpose building and campground on the Santa Ynez Indian Reservation are to be opened at 3 p.m. tomorrow in the tribal office. The two part project is estimated at 210000 dollars, with 135000 for the community building and 75000 for the campgrounds funded by an American Revolution Bicentennial grant. A groundbreaking ceremony would follow if the contract is awarded. The Sanctuary Choir of the Santa Ynez Valley Presbyterian Church will give a Palm Sunday concert at 730 p.m. with director Robert Raleigh and organist Mrs Royce Lewelle performing several cantatas including Seven Sayings Behold This Man and Glorious Resurrection.
