Court rules verbally refusing entry cannot arrest police
In a California ruling the State Supreme Court held that a person who verbally but not physically refuses police entry cannot be arrested or searched for a crime suspect. Field reports say Communist insurgents overran a government position eight miles from Phnom Penh on Thursday night, killing more than 50 soldiers and wounding at least 125.
