Bicyclist in Critical Condition After Collision With Truck
Harold E. Ruffner 81 of 609 North B Street is in critical condition at Cottage Hospital after a collision with a truck driven by Daniel James Grossi 27 of 901 West Loquat Avenue near College Avenue and B Street. Ruffner suffered a head injury and was dragged 22 feet before the truck stopped.
