On February 12 1849 the Cass circuit court orders sale at Logansport court house. Rents and profits for seven years from part of the east half of the northwest quarter section 3 township 27 north range 1 west totaling 70 acres offered first. If rents fail the fee simple title of Benjamin Antrim is offered to satisfy Henry Bickles judgment.
By decree of the Cass circuit court and an execution I will offer for sale on February 19 1849 at the courthouse door in Logansport Cass County Indiana the rents and profits for seven years of several described tracts totaling 280 acres and the interests of several Kenton heirs to satisfy a decree in favor of James McMahon. Also notice in Cass Circuit Court February Term 1849 Nancy Douglass vs Eliza Jane Douglass et al William L Ross non resident must appear by next term or petition consequences follow.
