Geer Indicted By Lancaster Grand Jury
Fairfield County coroner Dr Joseph A Geer was indicted on 13 counts of falsification of narcotic prescriptions by a Lancaster Grand Jury as part of a probe into the deaths of his two wives Jeane in January 1954 and Constance in June last year. He posted 2500 dollars bond and was released. The investigation began July 31 after a report from Ohio State University Pathology Department concerning Constance Geer's death from drug intoxication.
