Voluntary gifts Sunday raised 1500 for the Sabin oral polio program in Logan Hocking County. Lt. Commander Charles F. Rauch Jr. of Logan will take command of the nuclear powered submarine USS Skate at 10 a.m. Thursday in New London Connecticut, relieving Commander J. S.
