LeRoy Conkle Wins Franchise for Quality Motel in Logan
LeRoy Conkle has been issued a Quality Courts Motels franchise for a new 50 unit motel in Logan named LeRoy Quality Court. The project on the former Adcock farm near U.S. Route 33 and State Route 328 includes a restaurant and pool, with plans underway and financing arranged. The motel will be Logan's first Quality Motel and the 15th in Ohio, part of a national network of more than 500 motels and 30,000 units.
