William M. Miller, 39, of near Millfield in Athens County, died in a two car collision on U S 33 just north of the Franklin Fairfield line. His wife Iris, 34, suffered a possible skull fracture and Christine Miller, 5, was treated for a fractured arm. Four other children were unhurt. The other driver, Hugh A. Man Not Beaten Sheriff Believes
Newark sheriff William McElroy says Charles H. Robinson appears not to have been beaten to death.
