Lucius Hart, 26, of Punta Gorda Florida formerly Logan, was sentenced by Judge James Stilwell of Hocking County Common Pleas to 1 to 10 years in the Ohio Penitentiary at Lucasville on marijuana trafficking charges. The sentence followed a background check ordered after a guilty finding at a hearing.

Hocking Hills State Park drew about 63 000 visitors over the long holiday as camping areas packed and pools overflowed.
