The extended Memorial Day weekend saw at least 194 deaths from accidents with two plane crashes causing over half. A New York crash Thursday night and a Port Deposit Maryland crash yesterday killed 92. highway deaths reached 58 and drowning deaths 25. Indiana led in traffic fatalities with 10 including a Lake County wedding party train collision, with multiple relatives among the dead. Last year the four-day holiday had 292 violent deaths including 164 traffic fatalities.
