Five youths drown when boat capsizes on Lake St. Clair
In Mount Clemens Michigan five young people perished Sunday night after a 16 foot runabout capsized near Strawberry Island four miles southwest of Mount Clemens. Survivors include Mary Lou Gonyea Marilyn City and Nancy Benedetti. Drowned were Robert Benedetti Ann Schuller Valerie Quinn Roger Hogan and Theron Brooks Jr. The Coast Guard found the capsized craft at 6 20 a m after a missing persons call from a mother prompted the search.
