Ratliff suffered a severe head gash and was treated at Hocking Valley Community Hospital. cited for excessive speed. Other motorists cited include Harold W. Giffin, 23, for drunken driving and expired license after a one-car accident on Ohio 93. Marvin D. Hart, 25, for reckless operation on Ohio 66A. and Peter K. McDaniel, 22, for failure to maintain safe distance after a three-car collision on W Main St. in Logan.
