Parole Hearing for Nevius Delayed to 1949

Charles S. Pollock, accused of stealing a Logan used car last week, has begun serving a one to three year term for non support at the Ohio Penitentiary in Columbus. Indicted since 1946 for non support, he was arrested by Gallipolis authorities. The stolen car was recovered at Cadmus in Gallia County.
