Chillicothe police said two men seized at a West Hunter Street robbery admitted holding up Price's filling station and the Logan station. Charles Magdos alias Charles Miller, 26, Detroit, and Forest Blue, 22, West Virginia, were held for armed robbery charges in Hocking County after authorities traced a stolen car and prior prison escapes.

Driver Held After Mt Vernon Crash Involving Three Autos
Merrill A. Wood of Lakewood. 22, was held for investigation after his car figured in a triple collision in Mt. Vernon Ohio. Four people were injured when Wood's vehicle side-swiped a truck driven by C. R. Harlow and then collided head-on with a car driven by Stanton Dick, a Mt. Vernon fireman. Deputy Sheriff Oliver Walker reported the sequence of crashes and injuries.

Probationer Re Sentenced for Violation in Ohio
Ferdinand Rose of Vinton County was sentenced today to Mansfield Reformatory by Judge Phil A. Henderson for breaking probation terms. Rose had been on two year probation since Oct 9 1936 for breaking and entering Ben Dominy’s home in Hocking County and stealing $10 in clothes.
