In Hocking County burglars broke windows at Enterprise School and Logan High School and entered an elementary classroom. At Enterprise they took food from a deep freeze including fish hamburger and a 22 pound turkey and bread. LHS entries damaged offices and classrooms but with little stolen. City Police Investigate Minor Crashes Over Weekend
Three minor auto accidents were reported in Hocking County over the weekend. A 15 year old motorcyclist failed to yield at Webb's meat market rear intersection and was cited. A rear end collision at the C and O crossing on E Front St involved Margaret Simpkins and Dale Shinn with Shinn cited. A minor collision at Hunter and Elm Sts involved John Hammon Jr and James Corbett. Ohio weekend accidents killed 14 people, including three by drowning.
