A Logan man remains jailed while a 17 year old juvenile is released to parents pending charges. Capt. Fraizer said police responded to a Belville storage building on Motherwell Ave around 5 30 p m Saturday and arrested Jack S Guess 19 of 506 Angle Ave and the juvenile inside. Break in and entering charges will be filed in Hocking County Court against Guess and in juvenile court against the teen.
