The 19 mile pipeline to Glouster Trimble Hollister and Jacksonville and Murray City is about 90 percent complete with tanks finished and testing planned. A Hocking County Juvenile Court judge sentenced four youths after they pleaded guilty to hubcap and fender skirt thefts. A 16 year old from Logan Rt 4 received BIS for stealing 16 hubcaps and 4 fender skirts. Three others from Logan were placed on probation.
