The 1947 Easter Seals sale begins in Logan and Hocking County with blocks of 100 seals mailed to over 3,500 residents. Goal is $2,000, running through April 6, to fund medical care, rehabilitation, education, recreation, and training for crippled people in Hocking County and Ohio. George C.
