Most Industrial Commercial Gas Curtailments To Be Lifted
Columbia Gas of Ohio will lift curtailments for most large industrial and commercial customers to zero starting April 1, with only large industrial boiler loads kept at 100 percent. The Logan area has two affected plants Goodyear and Carborundum using boiler-fired heat now substituting fuel oil. Curtailed since November 1975, the change follows warm Ohio weather and may be adjusted if assumptions fail.
