Armstrong Named Chief of Oil and Gas Division
Harry L. Armstrong of Logan Ohio was named chief of the Division of Oil and Gas in the Ohio Department of Natural Resources effective Monday. A former state senator and representative, Armstrong co sponsored key environmental and mining laws and owns a 215 acre farm in Washington Township. He has long been active in conservation and sportsmen groups and was inducted into the Ohio Conservation Hall of Fame in 1974.
