Child Struck By Car Injures Three Year Old
Mary Jane Blankenship three years old daughter of Mr and Mrs Conrad Blankenship of 649 Church Street suffered head cuts and bruises yesterday afternoon after running in front of a motor vehicle. She received stitches and X rays at Hocking Valley Hospital before being released. Police said her brother crossed Church Street and the girl ran from behind a parked car as Virgil L Spencer of 1177 Third Street drove past. The left fender knocked her to the street and skid marks showed a slow speed.
