Trio Escapes Jail Again in Illinois Breakout
Three West Virginia inmates Russell King Lawrence Carr and Cecil Summers escaped Cumberland County jail in Toledo Illinois after a car chase and highway blockade in a government truck. Father’s Truck Crash Kills 2 Year Old in Ohio County
