Columbia Gas Wins Rate Case in Ohio Supreme Court

Jury Awards 5000 In Damage Suit In Ohio Court
A Hocking County Common Pleas Court jury ruled for Garnet McCollister but against her husband in a case filed by Garnet and Robert McCollister of Athens against Donald T. Allen of Athens. Garnet received 5000 for the Feb 28 1973 traffic crash on Ohio 691. Robert sought 30000 and costs but was denied. Six jurors signed the verdicts after a two day trial.
