Hide-A-Way Hills owners petition county for development limits
A delegation of Hide-A-Way Hills property owners appeared before Hocking County commissioners to seek restrictions on new facilities within the development. Petitions from 58 owners argue for club wishes to guide any platting or subdivision, contrasting with the real estate company’s agenda. The meeting also approved tax-collection date extension and a $50,000 advance in the tax settlement, plus $4,500 moved from recreation to salaries. An animal claim by Earl and Ervin Blackstone was approved.
