Cisterns Rapidly Fill After New Well Starts

Logan ends water shortage as a new well producing over 1200 gallons per minute is turned into city cisterns at 5 30 pm. Cincinnati Police Nab Two Safe Robbers

Detective Chief Emmett D. Kirgan announced two men confessed to nine safes in Cincinnati and two in Columbus plus one each in Cleveland Springfield C and Indianapolis. The robberies netted about 6000 dollars. Suspects Sullivan Daniel 30 of Bellevue Kentucky and Carroll Henry Lee 33 of Cincinnati were identified with Carroll noting Sullivan had no part in Cincinnati jobs.

Police widened a search for Wellington McCandless cafe operator after his 28 year old bride Vanthelia was found shot to death in their apartment.
