Retired Southeast Ohio Highway Chief Larimer Recalls 46 Years
Ralph Hick Larimer of Logan retired July 1 after 46 years in public road service. He served in Hocking County, then 35 years with the Ohio Department of Transportation, including as area supervisor over Athens Meigs Gallia Hocking and Vinton counties.
