New Plymouth Man Found Guilty In Child Neglect Case
Shirley Withrow 42 of New Plymouth Route 1 was found guilty of child neglect by Juvenile Judge Rhea Bangert Brown. He was fined 100 dollars and costs, sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for 45 days already served, and the remainder suspended pending payment. Witnesses included Dr. Owen Yaw and probation officer George Johnson.
