Steel erection for Logan Clay Products Co. s new million-dollar plant in Pittsburgh area is two-thirds complete with prefab parts up. Weather permitting completion of the steel frame is expected by next Thursday. A second crew will install aluminum roof and siding over three to four weeks as processing equipment arrives this fall. The 52,000 square foot facility includes automatic clay handling two pipe making machines automatic take off and finishing equipment a tunnel drier and a gas fired tunnel kiln 363 feet long.
