Nelsonville Man Held on Drug Charges and a Slaying
William Whitlatch 19 of Nelsonville Route 1 is jailed in Mason County West Virginia on possession and sale of illegal drugs. Steve Swann 21 of Point Pleasant is held without bond for first degree murder in the strangulation death of Sandra Williams 19 a Marshall University sophomore. Slaying followed a drug party at Camp Conley near Point Pleasant attended by at least six people. He is to be arraigned at 10 a.m. Thursday.
