Man Faces 3 Charges In Logan Arrest
Logan man John Mc Broom, 26, of 77 Homer Ave., is jailed on intoxication possession of marijuana and criminal mischief charges after police spotted him intoxicated outside the J C Penney store on East Main Street at 11 30 p m. Officers detected a strong alcohol odor on his person. The criminal mischief charge arose from allegedly damaging city property while in custody.
