A P A gas blast tore a Carroll house to rubble Friday night but four occupants escaped unharmed. Mrs Bertha Norris, her daughter Gwendolyn 25, granddaughter Deborah 4 and grandson Harry 1 were in a front room when the explosion occurred. Deputies say a spark from a gas heater ignited leaking natural gas from an outside basement sewer.
