Jury Probes Conn Slaying Report Pending Indictments

Portland Oregon January 24 AP Speaking of operations Jerry Lee Wiley ten days old today is recovering from an appendectomy performed when he was only three days old. The operation was performed by Dr W H Bueerman last Monday. The patient apparently was well on the road to recovery. Dr Bueerman said that while autopsies had revealed other cases of prenatal infection he has found no record of a child so young having survived a surgical removal.
