Thomas Lester Hart 16 a sophomore at Logan High School died after a street contest outside the Dinner Bell Restaurant in Lancaster. Lancaster police hold three youths including 18 year old Orval Ellsworth Lewis. autopsy ordered by Fairfield County coroner Dr Stephen Hodsden. Hart was with his mother and stepfather when witnesses say he was kicked during the fight. services set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Leonard Funeral Home Logan.

California Stabbing Victim To Be Buried Near Rockbridge
Graveside services are set for 1 p.m. Thursday at Union Cemetery near Rockbridge for Jennifer Ann Flowers five daughter of Howard L. Flowers of Lancaster and Joan Flowers of Palmdale California. The child was found stabbed to death Wednesday in an open Palmdale field by two teens after a sheriff's search. No motive is known. She attended kindergarten and was late to school. Survived by her parents sister Tina Marie brother Chris and maternal grandparents all of Palmdale and numerous relatives in Hocking County.
