Accused Arson Suspect Questioned In Columbus Case
Police returned 19 year old William F Ostermeyer to the interrogation room for further questioning on possible involvement in as many as 130 fires in the Columbus area. No charges have been filed. He passed one lie detector test and the second test on denied fires was planned. Ostermeyer was arrested Friday in Upper Arlington after a watch period by officers. Authorities say more than one person may be responsible for the arson wave. He reportedly refuses meals and has given no explanation for acts he admitted.
